Don't worry about neutral ratings. "Disagree" just means you may hold an unpopular viewpoint or something like that, and the only other neutral rating is "Optimistic". If you have a lot of bad ratings, especially from well-liked and established members of the forum, then the board may not like you. But overall, the board seems to like you, so don't worry
