To be honest, it isn't our decision. The creator of the RP gives the okay to invite others in, but she hasn't been very active due to real life responsibilities.

Every person asked her. I'm sure she would say yes, but I don't want to use powers that I don't have and give you the okay.

Definitely make a character. If your someone like me who use just 1 character, make sure you perfect him to what you want. Try and post on inns and pubs, try and get your name out there. People are skeptical at inviting new ones because nobody knows how creative you are. It may take some time, definitely send MabFaerie a message for an invite though.
