LOL I don't think I'll just quit playing oblivion (still haven't finished the main quest yet though I do know the ending). I'll probably return to it if I want to play it again for some reason, like I always do. But that won't be happening in a long time.

RIP Obilivion. You were like our middle brother, never as good as your old brother Morrowind at anything, and soon to be overlooked for your new little brother. You were fun but generic, deep but predictable, but you did have a certain charm. Even though you're now uninstalled, you will not be forgotten.

Skyrim will be very good. But Oblivion offers a feeling like no other to gamers like myself, just as Morrowind or daggerfall does.

I will never forget Oblivion. Maybe after a year of Skyrim, I'll feel like going back and exploring the bright, colorful and cartoony world of Cyrodill once again. Oblivion will never truly die. There's still people out there who play Arena, Daggerfall and Morrowind!

I am not too sure about Daggerfall, or Arena. What I've read from internet a few, obviously most dedicated hc players, have tried them, but found soon enough even Daggerfall to be way outdated. Of course, both of them have important role in gaming history, but I wouldn't go too far with statments. In addition, Morrowind have started to slowly die out, to become unusable piece of curiosity, what do you guys think?
