The black book rewards could have been better?! There are 7 books. Spoilers Conjure Merchant, Fusrodah disintegrates enemies/fire breath summons fire wyrm, companions take no friendly fire, spells cost no magicka for 30 secs, skills are 10% more effective, and so many others aren't good...

Yeah, as Nuitari said, all the enchantments on Ahzidal's armor are unique, cannot be disenchanted, are are really good. Keep an eye out for them as you go through Kolbjorn.

Aidan, something tells me you are quite familiar with fortify restoration, dragonbone daggers, and sneak attacks. Fight him fairly, without obscene gear, before bragging about how easy the guy is.

I'm not a min-maxer, so my characters tend to be a bit underpowered. As such, shouts have been invaluable to me- Unrelenting Force, become ethereal, slow time, and dragonrend being my most-used ones.

This is why I keep all my characters on 3 separate saves, all updated regularly. But, on topic... Ouch.

Dead Thrall. Dremoras are OK, but lose their luster past level 50. I summoned 2 of them to take care of an Ancient Dragon, and ended up having to resummon them 8 times, even though I kept the ancient Dragonrended! Meanwhile, I have numerous thralls capable of soloing an ancient easily- Volkihars...

Windshear, Bolar's Oathblade, Dragonbane, Chillrend (my favorite weapon), Bloodthorn, The Woodsman's Friend, and the boot set Predator's Grace. Very fun finding named weapons around the world, though only a few are useful.
