    For players who are members of Dark Brotherhood

    I dunno, but I do have Cicero as one of my followers usually, just because he says crazy and funny plops. Gets annoying, which is intended I think. Every 2 minutes or so " lets keeeel someone!!"

    I do not know why they do not have a super hardcore version that has these types of rules in it. Even something like they did in Fallout, even though I do not really RP much. I like to limit my usage of certain weapons during a long quest, kind of forces you to be creative and use different...
