I adopted Lucia because I felt sorry for her and now she has a warm house with a steady allowance and a bedtime.

The rooms are all awesome but my favourite is the Basement, your own Blacksmiths basically. Armoury is also awesome because you can look at the armours you have collected from quests etc.

That the shopkeepers have such a low amount of gold all the time, even after speech etc. is upgraded.

Well, I am a thief. I partake in other illegal activities sometimes such as hits, murdering etc. And I am a Dark-Elf, for no other reason than when I started this save I was new to the game and the Dark-Elf looked cool and the perks suited my criminal character.
