the colors are a problem of the tv i'm guessing?!
just adjust the settings on your television.
And the lag thing, i've had that a couple of times with my ps3 and just switching the system off, wait like 10 minutes and switch it on again solves it every single time.
i bet you a 100 bucks that they will include cash shop items...the single player will be the worst ever. (if they focus on multiplayer, which they will, the single player will be the unwanted child)

never had trouble with the hood, and i searched the internet but nobody has a similar problem like yours.

try restarting the game and/or system.
My nightingale hood sometimes changed from dark black to a notice able lighter color, just restartig the game fixed it...might just do the trick.

I just searched the web a bit and no one has had this problem (yes they did have the dragon bodies spawning randomly) but not never getting dragon spawns.
Go outside the whiterun gates and run across the wide open space there look around a bit and you should be able to spot at least 1 or 2 dragon.
If you sold it you won't be able to get it back unless of course you play on a pc.
You checked every single chest, cupboard, wardrobe and weapon rack in your houses?!
usually it's taken over by a second person who's present in the shop.
If however that person if killed the shop will close and you won't be able to purchase anything anymore.
If something like this happens by accident i advice you to reload a previous or auto save and prevent the death.

3rd person view on pc is accessible by either pressing ''F'' or use the scroll wheel on your mouse to zoom in and out
about the bumping into walls and getting stuck, i have never ever gotten stuck because of a wall. yes sometimes indeed you bump into a wall walking backwards in first person...
