Man Morrowind was damn awesome! It was just as complex lore wise as Skyrim is now, but the graphics and gameplay was no where near where it is today. You get used to it though, and I don't know about you, but I buy RPG's for the story not so much the gameplay.
Hold up... I'm pretty sure I remember reading somewhere that vampires (who are inflicted by sanguinare vampiris) die from the disease, and then they come back to life as a vampire. Nevertheless, even if you are dead, I'm pretty sure your bodily functions continue to work thus allowing you to...
Hold forward, and at the same time hold the attack button as if you were doing a power attack. Remember, keep forward AND attack pressed at the same time. If your sneak attack damage is high enough, and you're using a dagger, you'll slit their throat. Looks pretty sick :D
Sorry for bringing up an old thread, but I wanted to say that the Dawnguard isn't really a "noble paladin" thing. They're more like witchhunters if you know what I mean. I'm talking Crossbows, Restoration, Destruction (only use runes though, and try and use Destruction more like a utility rather...
I meant in the sense of using a sword in the right hand. So yeah maybe it is just a spellsword, but for me, it just reminds me of Gandalf staff or not :p

Lo and behold, yet another Nightblade class. But wait! This one's a little different. The Arcane Assassin is a fighter of the shadows who uses the powers of Illusion and Alteration to assassinate her opponents. Sounds an awful lot like a Nightblade, doesn't it? The main difference between the...
On a Nightblade build, Alteration and Illusion are your bread and butter. Your argument is invalid.
As a Nightblade, Invisiblity, Calm, and Frenzy are the Illusion spells I use most when I'm taking down large mobs of enemies or I find myself overun. Detect Dead and Detect Life (Alteration...
I don't think Bethesda will disgrace us role-players. I think they will keep in mind that the Elder Scrolls is in fact under the "role-playing" category. And I think it's just natural for gamers to dissect the game so that they become the best at everything - after all, human nature pushes us to...
Thanks for all of your replies, but I'm looking for a good backstory for why he would be both a nightingale and a servant of Sithis. I'm thinking that maybe he would make a deal with Nocturnal in which he serves the Dark Brotherhood in life, but then serves Nocturnal in the afterlife.
So right now, I have a Redguard nightingale in the Thieves' Guild. Originally, I wanted him to join the Dark Brotherhood as well, but then I realized how conflicting roleplaying-wise it would be. He ends up being captured by Astrid, but then killing her, because he has a fetish against killing...
So I decided to create a new character. Before, I've played as a male Nord Paladin, a male Khajiit Nightingale, and a female Dunmer Spellsword. They were all fun and all, but I think my playthrough as the Khajiit Nightingale was my most enjoyable. I really wanted to replay that build, but play...
Jon Snow grew up on the border of Skyrim and Morrowind with his two Nord parents. His mother, Laela, was a cleric and many people from all over Skyrim would seek her out for healing and medicine. She also was gifted with the gift of foresight and predicted that her Jon would one day become a...
