I REALLY miss touch-spells. In oblivion i played a sneak-mage with touch-spells and it was awesome. Sneaking up to your enemy and killing him with an icy touch to the back.
Enchanting is OP and i never use it. I rarely do smithing. It makes the game much more exciting to play only with what you find and buy. Also, money becomes more valuable.
I love the aestethics of the early game weapons and armor, fur, scaled, iron, steel etc. The later armors and weapons look silly. I've installed a mod to slow down levelling just so i can enjoy the early game equipment for longer.
Honor was one of the pillars of bushido. Your example is an exception. Most samurai lived according to the code we now call bushido. Frugality, honour, loyalty and mastery of the arts was what the big majority of the feudal samurai strived for.
