Even the home cooked meal is bland. Same thing everyday, and you don't even know what's in it. Is it vegetables? Meat...? The bandits I just slaughtered? Like, what am I eating? Just a "home cooked meal"

I'm pretty disappointed with the housing customization also. Or lack there of I guess. It's neat, worth 5$ to me, but I was expecting a little different. Oh well.

Yeah, I really hope they do water skins. I want hardcore mode like they have in Fallout New Vegas pretty badly. Yeah, I guess with the whole sugar thing, though they do have honey in the game now since Hearthfire came out. I suppose that does, and would carry a similar effect.

I never liked Mercer. He's really rude, and quite smug. I like Brynjolf (sp?) and Delvin a lot though, Vex too. She's sorta grumpy, but I find her attractive, so she gets a free pass. ;)

I ne I need to also...I actually read the "Third Era Timeline" and "The Book of the Dragonborn" last night though. Did you know that Mikael is supposedly the innkeeper's in Whiterun son? I read that on here somewhere. Her name is Helga I think? Something like that.

What books have you come across that were written by currently living characters in the game, or even old NPC's from Oblivion or Morrowind? One that comes to mind right off the bat is "Shadomarks" by Delvin Mallory. PS: I'm not 100% sure that's the name of the book, but it sounded right! ;)

I would really like to see short swords make a return, and a "Hardcore" mode, similar to what they did in Fallout New Vegas. Where you have to eat, sleep and drink water to survive. Maybe even a few cut-scenes for various important quests?

It's possible. I wonder why Bethesda doesn't have sugar in Skyrim. Seems like they would. Same with water skins that you could fill at a lake or river.
