I would probably be a courier. I'm pretty fast in real life, and it think that running across the landscape would be nice (and a good workout). I run distance and mid-distance in real life, so I think I'd be able to handle outspending most creatures and people, without being too tired to stop...
Yes I am on console, so my saves have never corrupted. I didn't know it was that bad on PC.
It is very difficult at first, I'll admit it, but once you learn how to properly handle certain situations, you can get past just about any situation without blood being shed. Illusion is optional, I...
You may be thinking of BIGwooly's Hardcore rules. Those were essentially the "General" part of mine and some of the Warrior part. That is what influenced me to originally start creating characters that follow strict playstyles, but this thread is to elaborate on the more specialized classes...
Playstyles are acts of limiting yourself or supplementing certain areas in order to create a different feel for your character. This is NOT a "challenge" thread, however, most of the quirks of these playstyles make the game much more difficult, but at the same time, more rewarding. Personally, I...
I'm thinking of making a journal of a character I recently made. I gotta write some stuff out first, and plan some of her backstory that would be relevent to her story.
Well the usual character only goes on for 1 year, maybe 2 if you're really dedicated. So I'm not sure you would look much different in that time other than hair length.
While I avidly use this forum and enjoy browsing through this forum, I'm also a frequent user of UESPF. No offense to this forum; I love this forum. It's mainly the sizes of the forums so I'm more personal with a lot of the members over there. But yes, I use Adblock ;) Very useful.
EDIT: Pros...
So write out my characters goals, pursue those goals, while in the mindset of a this version of an assassin?
Ex. I want to... Destroy the forsworn. So I do the Cidna mine and all those shenanigans, while also doing bounty missions in Markarth (which are mostly kill Forsworn leader).
Do you...
No not really. I pretty much just look for the guy that looks like the leader (more armor usually). I really just want to get away from the "get bounty esque mission, sneak through base, kill leader, rinse, repeat" type ordeal. So basically what I'm asking is, what other ways would a 'True...
I know I'm pretty late in discovering this guide, but I just created a character that goes under the parameters of no killing anyone but the leader and all that stuff. I'm trying to be creative with it, but keep on finding myself just doing bounty missions around Skyrim... Does anyone have any...
Also, how do you plan on getting through the DarkBrotherhood without killing anyone? With the Thieves Guild, you don't have to kill anyone until the end. But the Dark Brotherhood is an assassins guild. People will die.
Ummm... Yeah without Illusion it's a little difficult, but on my playthrough(s), nobody died. That means no making enemies kill the other. I can imagine if you used Fear and Calm and other Illusion spells, the difficulty of the playthrough would be diminished since whenever you're in trouble...
I think you're really over preparing this. I've done 2 no-kill plathroughs, both did thieves Guild (had to kill Mercer) and 1 did MQ (had to kill Alduin). And neither used illusion once, or power leveled anything. Plus, to make it more fun and exciting, you should use the Hardcore Rules used in...
Honestly, my Xbox one is completely unpatched and it hardly ever bugs. I was surprised by the amount of people complaining at launch and currently that complain about the bugs. Luck of the draw I suppose.
