If TES5 doesn't work, maybe try disabling all of your other mods except for that one, moving to the appropriate location to delete it, and then re-enabling them?

Have you tried actually deleting it through NMM? Seems odd that the only way to get rid of it would be in-game. As long as you dismiss all of your followers before deleting the mod, it shouldn't cause any issues.

o_O What console commands did you use? I can't think of any that would have screwed up your animation like that. You might need to do a full reinstall if something like this persists across all of your characters. Some animation files might have gotten corrupted or replaced.
