Thanks for all of your opinions! :) I definitely agree with those of you who don't see a problem with using glitches, especially those that were left in the game after all of the official patches (maybe they WERE easter eggs?).
As for what I'm doing, I don't feel like I'm exploiting a glitch...
From the point of view of someone who's playing Skyrim for the first time, and not even most of the way through the main quest to boot, I'm backing the Imperials for one simple reason: Ulfric used The Voice for worldly gains. That goes against my interpretation of Emblem X on the Seven Thousand...
I was wondering what you all feel about exploiting glitches in the game. For the very first time, I'm not playing an Elder Scrolls game on the PC since I currently don't have anything more than a three-year-old laptop and not enough money for a new rig. That means I'm playing without mods and...
I usually style them after myself, but it's not a conscious decision. Actually, it's only something I noticed when I was making my current character. :D They always have blue eyes and are redheads (never mind my avatar pic to the left - I dyed my hair dark for a while, but really hated the...
Imagine, if you will, a heavenly club as large as the solar system to which the gentle giants of the sky go to see and be seen. This isn’t some sort of new age metaphor, but a luxurious getaway complete with a nine-hole golf course, modern facilities (with resplendent brass fixtures), marble...
I assume you're referring to Dragon Armor? Dragon Amor would be something completely different. ;)
"How high can Amor go? The sky's the limit, ma chérie!"
On topic, I'd start here: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Dragon_armor
So far my absolute favorite armor has been Forsworn set. The female variety - especially the headdress - looks perfect on my morally ambiguous, hack-job Queen of Termites. I only wish I could make that set as powerful as daedric armor and wear it on every step of the journey.
Oh trust me... any time we lefties find ANYTHING that takes us into consideration, it's like winning the lottery on Christmas Day. :D
I'm going to do this Windshear trick once I get it. Only just started the DB quests so hopefully it'll be soon.
I think she's very much white on every version, not just PS3 (she's white on the 360 as well). I don't understand that either! But do you notice that there are no Redguard children whose skin tone reflects their race? It's sad if you ask me.
Glad to know I wasn't the only one, but not exactly "glad," know what I mean? ;)
So Nighthiker, switching the computer configuration to a left-handed mouse pattern doesn't correct this in-game? I'd think that, with the buttons universally reversed from the Control Panel, it might also work...
Thanks for the suggestion! I'll keep that in mind when I get to that point. :) This is my first-ever playthrough since I was holding out on getting a new computer that could run Skyrim. When I got laid off in July, I abandoned that hope and broke down and bought the Xbox version. As someone who...
Apologies in advance for what might be one of the stupidest gripes ever. ;)
You have no idea how excited I was when I first started playing Skyrim and realized I could put a weapon in my left hand. Being left-handed myself, I'm much faster pushing the left trigger (Xbox user here) than the...
*ahem* I'm totally not taking that bait. :D
Interesting replies, everyone! Too funny about marrying the dragon though. And I love the rationales regarding who to hitch up with. I STILL wish I could take Ulfberth. Whenever he says "Welcome to Warmaiden's. Now you, my girl, have definitely...
I sure wish the player character could marry Ulfberth War-Bear in Whiterun. He looks and talks like the kind of guy I'd go for in real life... <3
But alas, without a functional computer other than my laptop, I must play on the 360. No marriage mods in my future.
Slightly off-topic (sorry all) but I sure wish I could be a voice actor on stuff like this! I've been practicing my Khajiit and Argonian accents since the day Morrowind came out. :D
