Best Merchant?

Kohlar the Unkilled

Time for some ale
I frequent the Copious Coinpurse in the Imperial City market district, but the little elf only has 800 gold to barter with, and I'm finding items that are worth WAY more than that. Can anyone recall where they did most of their bartering?

I think I did most of my bartering with Copious Coinpurse as well. I rarely bought anything as everything I needed I went hunting for...(I liked being rich :-P)

Yeah, can't remember the last time I bought anything!
I agree, buying items becomes pointless at higher levels, espeially if you have access to the Mages Guild and the Fighters Guild

As for where I'd do most of my bartering, it was the Mystic Emporium, especially when I decided to level up my Alchemy skill. I remember being annoyed that the merchant always ran out of gold though...

Yeah I have never seen a single Khajit in cities buy or sell anything at all. (I guess noone trusts cats :-()

They don't, there's a woman in whiterun that tells you khajits aren't allowed in the cities

What a fool I've been... The Three Brothers Trading company was right there in the market place district the whole time..! They trade for 1000 gold, Thoronir at the Coinpurse only trades for 800. Better late than never I suppose...

It's still not good enough, seeing as how I'm finding items worth upwards of 5000. They're making one hell of a prophet off me.

Just buy a house and put the stuff in there :D Eventually you'll be able to invest old into places, and get another 500-1000 gold per sale... You should also find a good fence/mage/fighter merchant, as they tend to have extra cash.

Was is called Northern Goods and Trade? In Chorrol?
The Argonian, Seed Neeus, in Chorrol. I don't know why but I sold most of my loot to her.
