I am just starting The Fallen quest of the main storyline. I talked to Parthannax and when I go to talk to the Jarl the dialogue goes normal until you have the three options where he always responds with "Now, what's this nonsense about trapping a dragon in my palace". After he says this it stop the dialogue and every time I try to talk to him again he just says the same thing. I have already tried going to and older save before I even got the Elder Scroll and it did nothing. If anyone could help that would be great.
