PS3 Kyne's peace. Final word

I can't get the final work. I did the mission got the sapphire claw but at the word wall nothing happens. It doesn't light up or anything. Any ideas?

Maybe you could redo the quest? I have had this happen to me only once but when I went and did it again it worked fine for me but the second time around I told my follower to scram back home or I would kill her in the name of sithis because she got stuck in a fluffing wall!

Although my problem occurred on the Xbox 360 I'm pretty sure it has the same principle.
