I found the three vials of blood and talked to Valdar who told me to pour the three vials into a sconce that is in front of the throne and then sit in the throne.
The problem is, there is no sconce. I have searched the room over and over and even looked in other rooms and have not found a sconce that I can pour the blood into. I can sit on the throne with no problem, just cannot pour the blood into anything.
any suggestions??
