It is for the College of Winterhold, but it should not be there. Do you have mods?
yes, I have mods installed. So look like I installed a broken mod. Do anyone know what this is called? It could help me narrow down the search on what mod using this sphere
edit: nvm I found what it called by doing a quick google search "Eye of Magnus". Hopefully i can find it in my mods

If you're on PC, you can open the command menu and click on the item. Write down the code, and then check your mod load list. The first two letters/numbers of the code correspond to what mod it will be.
Example: Hearthfire is usually loaded into the game as 03XXXXX etc. Another mod may be listed as A4XXXXXX
