Skyrim SE Beyond Death Freeze

[IMG] Hello I just started playing Skyrim a few months ago, I been having some problems but I delete all the mods that conflict with each other and keep what I really need and want, I just restart and keep on playing, but now I think I'm far ahead in most of the quest's but the Beyond Death stage of the Dawnguard esm, I keep on freezing just a few steps from the picture bellow, I don't know what is the problem! I'm new at MOD's so I don't know if I have something that is making the game freeze or glitch, somebody please help me, thanks this is my load order.
