Quest What Race do you play the most in Skrim? w/ Poll

What race do you play the most in Skyrim as the polls says;

The things I like about Imperial are the gold bonus (you find extra gold) and Voice of the Emperor is really helpful when you have a bunch of people trying to kill you!

My first playthrough of TES games is always a Wood Elf.
Why?
Because it fits best with my style of play. The stealth game, in my opinion, allows me greatest access to all areas of the game... "what's behind that door?! what's in that chest?! what's he got in his pocket?!"
I like archery.
I like the idea of a barbarian, forest dweller adapting to the "urban" environment and becoming a thief.

Second playthrough (usually a "main questline" character) is USUALLY the "native" race for the game... in Morrowind, Dunmer, in Oblivion, Imperial... in Skyrim, Nord. Kinda digging the idea of a Guerilla Rebel.

Everyone wants to be a nord and join the stormcloaks. But i stood above the nords with my imperial brothers and slayed Ulfric in a heartbeat. All i can say is i love being an imperial not only am i one badass assassin. But im human. And what i love with the new XP progression. Any character can be the master of anything with training. Ill post my stats in a new thread.

Wow quite the diversity here :O. I've never seen people big on High Elves however, I looked through forums involving character representment, never seen much High Elves.

i play a nord, this is my first TES game and wanted to play a human and craft my own weapons, ill prob play as a wood elf next and make him an assassin type character

wow i read 2 of those books in iraq my first time but couldnt remember the dudes name. but i always start a dark elf. just something about them i like. what was the dudes name with the warhammer that was with drizzt. maybe ill make him next

lol it was Wulfgar and he died and came back 2 or 3 times; R.A. Salvatore just doesn't kill main characters off. I stopped reading the series like 12 books in with no end in sight b/c it was just the same crap over and over again (same deal with the wheel of time books, except Robert Jordan died before he finished the series!)

wulfgar thats it thanks man im very unoriginal when it comes to names. my dark elf is my last name and my lizard is my first name but im gonna have to make a nord now

lol yeah I didn't give my guy an original name either, wish I had thought of the full metal alchemist before (which isn't original either come to think about it)

I was going to name my two daedric swords Icingdeath and Twinkle, after Drizzt Do'Urden's scimitars.


In the end I went with two *unique* names instead. Fay and Sorrow.

I love Salvatores dark elf series. Wulfgar did die, but he came back only one time. Not sure where you came up with 2-3 times. And Salvatore has killed off most of the main characters from the dark elf storyline, although their spirits are all kept in another dimension, one that Im sure Drizzt will visit at some later time.
Sorry if this post sounded like I was trolling. Im not, I just love the series and had to put my two cents in.
