Help! I'm bored of Skyrim

Hi all,

I've been getting sort of bored of Skyrim lately. I've racked 343 hours, finished the game a few times, completed all guilds, both civil war sides etc. I've completed Vampire Dawnguard, and am working through the good side of it. However, Skyrim is finally losing it's touch for me. I don't want to stop playing: I love it. What can I do that'll bring my love back for the game? I've set off a rags-to-riches file, but it's too easy. Wake up, eat breakfast, hunt game, make leather armour, sell for profit.

I know some of you may say 'mods', but make sure you suggest good ones. A great 10 hour questline would be appreciated. What shall I do?

Well the thing is you say sound contradictory "Im bored of Skyrim" and "I dont want to stop playing." Try other games *gasp* I know blasphamy but taking a break and playing other games (League of LEgends, Dishonored, and Saints Row The Third personally) Helped me apprieciate how beautiful and amazing the world of Skyrim is.

But obviously if you dont want to do that, you wont. You could do RP playing, It kinda refreshes the game figuring out your character and why he does things his way. I have been doing that though avaoiding some of the tedium (eating sleeping schedule :eek: NO THANK YOU) i am sure you will find something but that is a couple of ideas.
 
Hmmm. I'm not sure I want to buy another game this close to christmas, and I'm not one for online games (although I am about to contradict this). I'm playing Team Fortress 2 as well, but I'm well and truly stuck on Deus Ex. Hmmm. Maybe I'll go back to Oblivion.. maybe Morrowind, I just never really got into it. Battle For Middle Earth II? Sounds like a plan. I'll see.
 
I wanst implying buying new ones, but just going to other ones. lol how is Deus Ex? I heard of it but never really played. But you at least got what I am saying. since you say you dont like multiplayer games i realize how much the industry for better or worse is focuing on multiplayer. Battle for Middle Earth 2 was sick :D

You are definitely not Role-Playing.
In my opinion those who don't doesn't deserve to play any TES game.

Mate, it isn't anyone's duty to dictate how another person plays a game. I get where you're coming from, being an avid role-player myself, but that does not mean that it's okay to look down on people who play differently.

Role play.. Something I'm not familiar with. Perhaps I will try it. Not sure I know what to do!
 
When you are the joke one usually missed the laughter. Or im enjoying it alone... meh I will stopp derping you

i've gotten bored sick with it lately myself, i dunno.. guess it was only a matter of time.. not sure what to tell ya bro, maybe start a game with a race you've never used before? unless ofcourse you've played them all..
 
If you never took the time to get into Morrowind, I'd HIGHLY recommend it. That game rocked my world when I first played. I know the graphics and combat aren't exactly... well, they're terrible. But the amount of awesome lore and stories and such is just amazing.

In any case, if you're bored of PLAYING Skyrim, but don't want to venture far, maybe hit up the wiki? I used to be able to waste a good hour or two simply learning about the Elder Scroll's universe. If that's your kind of thing, of course.
 
Make a race/class combo you've never tried before.

Always been a melee juggernaut? Make a full cloth Altmer mage, etc.

You can always take a different path each time. Make someone a pure 2h, or someone pure magi. I have 12 characters, each one being different.
