I want pics of diploma or credits because everything you stated in this thread contradicts that. Polisci also deals with laws and all that jazz.

This is war.

I gave you the answer, now answer my question which you generously quoted.

Why not?

I stated that, already, multiple times. Ulfric does not represent Windhelm as a whole.

Let me put this into perspective.

A President does not claim the White House. He gets voted in. America does not force immigrants to join the military. We do not force immigrants into bad housing(The Gray Quarters are ghettos). We don't put down immigrants as a whole (individuals can, but the government never will.)

Ulfric forced them into one quarter (by racially targeting them so they eventually sought refuge among themselves.)

If you tell a group of people they are welcome in your house, because their homeland was destroyed, you don't ask for help from them. They've been through enough. That's just common courtesy.

And I stated this:

Where can he put them? The building space in windhelm is limited and it is cramped as it is. Is he to throw them out of the protection of the city walls?

America has milions of men at its disposal and most advanced arsenal in the world. Why should it? You cant compare a sword wielding army of nords with US armed forces.
We did put down Japanese nationals during war with japan, we put them in concentration and detention camps far away from any civilization just because they were japanese.

If I welcome someone in my house I still expect him to help me if someone atempts to kill me or bring harm to that house.
You cant just take take take and expect more. The dark elves are just takers who dont pay back. Look at high elf, she is in Windhelm a short time and is allready respected. Because she gives back to the comunity and is ready to do something. She has proven herself so to speak.

If people cared as much about RL politics as Skyrim politics, we might actually be able to get some things done.

I say we fire everyone in Congress and put Skyrim Forums members in their place.

What don't you get?

Ulfric is NOT WINDHELM.

Why do the grey-manes live in Whiterun? If they love ulfric so much? All the holds are connected, Skyrim is a whole, ruled by one(not ulfric.)

EDIT: Thanks for reminding me. Where do the Argonians live in Windhelm again? Oh yeah...

Outside the damn walls.

Ulfric can't say "get out of my city" because it's not his city. he doesn't run every shop/forge/kitchen at once. The people do. Windhelm's best bar? Gray Quarter. So apparently they give back some (I guess alcohol is huge in Skyrim so that is important.)

haha might even work :D
Nordic challenge for the highest place ;)

Stormcloaks aren't all of Skyrim, and many Nords are against them. You kill more Nords than the Thalmor, saying you're fighting because a few Thalmor are allowed into Skyrim to arrest people over a treaty in which Skyrim agreed to. Stormcloaks sack two of their own cities, kill many of their kinsmen, put people's businesses on the line if they're not Nord.

Ulfric is Jarl of Windhelm. Windhelm is people of Windhelm. And they dont want empire. What part dont you understand? Dark elves went in took the safety and everything else and now wont give back. I dont blame the nords in the least

Empire isnt all of Skyrim either. Empire is killing nords to. So that argument is invalid

Invalid? INVALID? THE GOD THAT ULFRIC WORHIPS BUILT THE EMPIRE HE IS TRYING TO DESTROY.

Like I said, read my earlier posts. You're so wrong it's funny and horrible all at once.

One thing the Empire has going for them, they don't care if you aid them or not. Your views don't matter, since you're still a citizen of the Empire it's their duty to protect you. Stormcloaks however, it's "With us or against us" That isn't exactly the type of views you want from a group fighting for freedom when the freedom to stay out of it is taken away. Stormcloaks force themselves onto others, they force you to pick up a sword in either their name or prepare to defend yourself against them.

Exactly. Ulfric is a Tyrant. Smart, decent people don't drop what they're doing and join a tyrant.

Yeah your views dont matter as long as you suport the empire, its views and dont worship Talos. All nice and great :) Just like you said it
Stormcloaks are forced to fight by incompetent empire and "gestapo" like elves that torture and kill.

That empire is trying to destroy Talos now. There was an empire before Cyrodilic one. There was the first, the second.. You know?
There will be a knew one.

That gate guard admitted he let Ulfric escape because he believes it wasn't murder, to Imperial Law he is guilty and an accessory to High Treason, the punishment for that crime is death not imprisonment.

The Thalmor have been in Skyrim for twenty six years, they didn't arrive yesterday. The Nords didn't care about the Talos ban and the Empire never enforced their side of the treaty, you think Talos worship was big in Skyrim? Try Cyrodiil where the God is buried. "We didn't pay much attention to it when I was a boy - everyone still had their little shrine to Talos. But then Ulfric and his "Sons of Skyrim" started agitating about it, and sure enough the Emperor had to crack down." - Alvor

Wow. The most biased post i've seen in so long.

First off, Roggvier commited treason, which up until a few decades ago, meant you got killed.

Second, the Empire captured the Stormcloaks, and figured you were with them (it's better to not take a chance, considering you were near Ulfric.)

The Empire doesn't allow the Thalmor to kidnap and torture/kill people, they do that already. Once the Empire is on it's feet, I guarantee the Thalmor/Aldmeri Dominion would be the next on it's list.

Why do you side with a traitor who murdered the High King of out jealousy?

God-dammit drunken mage is my favorite Imperial Loyalist I have ever met. Listen to him Mookie he is spot on.

So if stormcloaks pass a law that allows anyone without stormcloaks views to be executed it is sudenly OK and you would still defend it?
