Brynne looked up at the imperial, not with coldness but with confusion. He knew the man had asked him a question, but could literally feel his body slipping into the chilled complacency he knew meant that shock was setting it. It took all of his concentration and remaining clarity of mind to...
Having played both Console and PC MMOs, and MMOs available for both on both, I can say with utter certainty that consoles are preferable.
The only edge a PC might have, in this instance, would be modding but modding ruins the game and the community (from my experience with moddable MMOs)...
You missed two important parts:
A) Those who do not have insurance can get it subsidized by the state, reducing prices by over 75% for families allowing those with non-qualifying jobs to still receive healthcare.
B) It sets a minimum standard for what insurance can cover, meaning cut-rate...
Rather than scaring me off, this information has inspired me to try testing it myself!
It took me awhile to get the game for PC so I could have access to console (leveling the needed skills faster and getting multiple armors/weapons faster), and I'm well on my way to completing the requisite...
That would be true, except they're also using magic to throw spells at you and replenish their own life during the fight. Given that, it's actually really common to run them completely out of magic rather quickly; especially those who use conjuration (Atronachs be expensive!).
As for me... I...
Frenzy WILL affect followers and Zombies alike, but you have Calm spells to convince them to knock it off after the fight. Also, Frenzy is more 'Splash' than AoE; once you get the hang of it you'll probably be missing your allies pretty easily. Great way to get the fight started so your allies...
I'd heavily suggest illusion. It literally bolsters everything you're trying to do:
-Invisibility and muffle help pick pocketing
-'Calm' style spells drastically improve allies
-'Fear' style spells thin enemy herds for you
-'Frenzy' style spells help to rot enemy minds and turn them against...
Brynne watched his travelling companions closely, trying desperately to block the fatigue and pain from his mind. Trying, and failing.
Everything just hurt. It'd been weeks since he'd slept in a bed, potentially days since he'd slept at all. He had no doubts he was starting to become...
100% yes.
There is a mode called Alliance vs. Alliance vs. Alliance (Av3, for short) that will allow people from the 3 Alliances to battle it out in open warfare in Cyrodil. Taking keeps, small villages, siege weapons, all of it will be implemented. One of the best ways to do an MMO, and I'm...
90% of the 'massive changes' are just the changes of going from alpha to beta. First person mode, though, is a nice addition for the fans. Sadly, they'll never be using it since you need situational awareness anytime you're with friends, but it's very nice to know they listen!!

Not really fair to call it a 'cash shop'. Things like name-changes, appearance changes, and server transfers (not needed thanks to the Shard) are commonly charged for by any MMO. Other things, like fireworks or mini pets, are a good way to supplement income without needing more per month for...
Sadly, no.
The engine for Skyrim caps out at around 12 actors on screen and pushes the hardware to do it. TESO, though, will need to render 200+ people on screen at a time to do Av3 without the issues plaguing Guild Wars 2!

BEYOND broken. Many perks instantly ragdoll enemies with no protection, some weapons can create permanent stun, and nine protect you against anyone using stealth.
If there wasn't any PvP, you'd still be looking at only 1 build being used (my money on stealth/archery/illusion) out you'd never...
TESO comes out in less than a year (scheduled, anyway).
I doubt, very heavily, that Bethesda would let the franchise down now. The Anthology was because ONE story of Tamriel has completed (The Elder Scrolls spoke of all the events from Arena to Skyrim), but they can still go back to previous...
The article has enough formatting errors to make me dubious, and too much swearing for me to take it seriously. Also, at least 2 of the scores they posted have been incorrect (Bioshock Infinite and Lost Planet 3).
I doubt they get paid to enhance scores, but that doesn't change that they're...
Wasn't it the opposite? They served Tiber while we was Dragon born, and then when he became emperor. They served his family because they to were Dragon Born. But, when Martin died there was no Dragon Born on the throne so they quit serving him directly thus fighting more on the front lines...
