It's not an achievement on the Xbox, I've read them all & have got nothing for it.

Its not on PC either, and being the selective OC I am, I read them all too.

It's not an achievement but you do get an active effect for 24 hours, I forget what it is, it didn't seem that great though from what I remember and so I never went back and re-did it.
