Quest Battle for Whiterun

I am not sure if this is a bug or not but I can find nothing stating this is how its supposed to be. I just finished the Battle for Whiterun quest and am now locked out of Jorrvaskr. I was rather far in the Companions quest line but now I am unable to get back into the building as its locked. I have waited 48hrs and it is still locked. Is this how its supposed to be?

I am on PS3
