Best sneak follower?

I've been playing Skyrim for a while, and I've put off recruiting any followers because I couldn't find an actualdecwnt one.

I've tried both Uthgerd and Lydia, and they were good as a tank but they made so much noise that they kept giving me away when sneaking.
I've tried Kharjo (was a pain to track him down), but the only problem I've had with him is that he stubbornly wears his steel plate armor, rejecting any light armor that I've gave him.
I've even tried mercenaries, but they weren't too good and I couldn't stand their arrogant dialogues.

Any suggestions for a sneak follower?

I'm focusing on Light Armor, One Handed, Archery, and Sneak, so I would like my follower to be good at those skills as well.
Being also a looter and a robber, I would also like my follower to be able to carry a lot of stuff as well.

Cicero is the best, but you have to complete the Dark Brotherhood missions first. Aela is pretty good at sneaking and you can get her early. Serana is also very good at sneaking if you have Dawnguard.

You need to upgrade their armor to be higher then what they have as default before they will put something else on.

Also according to the wiki the muffle enchant works for followers so I would add that also.

I've been pretty impressed with how well Lydia sneaks. In the occasional instance where I need to be super stealthy I simply leave her parked somewhere nearby until I'm done.

I think Lydia is a little too gung-ho to sneak, she always just barges right into battle as soon as she sees an enemy
