Butcher (the NPC)

I am trying to find the stats for the character called "Butcher". He is encountered in the "supply and demand" quest for Riften's Jarl. He is in the gamblers den with 3 gamblers and a barkeep. I have searched this site, and both wikis, but only find reference to the windhelm quest. In uesp, they mention you might run into a bandit, but not "butcher".

I ask because I thralled him, and he's pretty good. Just wondering if anyone knows anything about him?

I looked him up in the creation kit, and there's nothing to distinguish him from any leveled bandit boss except that he gets a name. He uses base "LvlBanditMeleeBerserker" and has a standard set of heavy boss gear and a two hander. Nothing scripted just for him, so that's probably why nobody bothered to add character info for him anywhere.

Thanks for that, Morgan. He does make a decent thrall btw, his moan is soft and with steel plate armor, he makes a good tank.
