PC Can you install on Ubuntu? (Linux)

I have plans to install Ubuntu on my laptop, and I was wondering if I'd be able to install Skyrim on the Ubuntu side of my laptop? I know more gaming companies are supporting Linux as a whole and I was wondering If I could install it on Ubuntu? If not I suppose I'll just put it on my Windows 8 side. I hate windows though.

Why not just put it on the Windows side? Ubuntu is nice, a truly great OS, but you'd need to use Wine to be able to use it on Ubuntu. Support for Ubuntu and linux will only get better, so maybe in time we'll see Skyrim work fine without wine. Just install it on the Windows side of things.
