Dark Brotherhood Questline - One of the BEST?

For those of you who have done the quest chain, were now sanctioned in Dawnstar sanctuary. This questchain has been by far the best I have done yet! Is there any other chain (apart from the main story line) that measures up? Do you guys agree/disagree that this is one of the BEST quest chains in the game?

The initiation is delightfully twisted. The quest line itself is dark and takes quite an unexpected turn! But it doesn't measure up to the previous brotherhood quests from oblivion with the special assassinations and such. They're more about getting business done in Skyrim and less about sending a message like in Oblivion. I was glad to see the Night Mother return in one form or another!

I concur with NoVa that it doesn't have the same flavor as Oblivion, and there were fewer spectacular assassinations than I'd hoped. I really hope that official/unofficial modders continue this story line some more for us, perhaps allowing us to recruit a new black hand (what is a listener without a hand?).

To respond to the OP: I am rather enjoying the Thieve's Guild questline. There is drama, betrayal, beautiful women, and daedra lords (so far). You'd probably enjoy it.

I agree, I found the Dark Brotherhood questline extremely fun. It was all with benefits too. At the end of the quests the amount of gold you realise you've accumalated is massive, especially if you didn't spend the 20k which you get given. (I did -.-).

I've always loved killing people for money in TES, and I feel that the questline in Skyrim was much more structued than in Oblivion, however in my opinion the Oblivion Dark Brotherhood outfit looked cooler.

Basically, if you love killing people and need a load of money, the Dark Brotherhood is for you! ;)
