Is there anyone in dawnguard castle once all main quests are done for dawnguard that sell Elven, Glass or Ebony Bolts?

atm i have dwarven and steel botls

I don't think those bolts exist? Dwarven was the highest I thought.

Yeah, dwarven explosive bolts are the highest tier that bolts get to. Arrows can be made from all materials though.
