Well it would be fun to kick the crap out of bandits. Unfortunately, my death was caused by Whiterun Guards and unfortunately if you attack one of them, you attack all of them. MajorI've died many a time! The way I deal with it is reload my last save (hopefully close to the point where I died) and either avoid that area where I was killed OR have another go. If I have another go and still die then I just avoid the area until I get better equipment and/or level up more. Dying is not reflective of your skill rather, it reflects your current level and gear and the strategy you used. For example, you can't (well shouldn't) run into a camp of mages with a sword and fire, yes it does work, but isn't as effective as spark (or higher level electric magic) and a sword. Don't feel like crap, consider it a reason to get up in level and get better gear then go back and KICK THE CRAP OUT OF EVERY LAST BANDIT IN THAT CAMP!!!
I agree with the revenge part, but I don't think its necessary to create a sibling AND lower the difficulty. Plus, it's too much work backtracking all the things you've doneTo answer the overall question what to do when you die. Create a new character, preferably a sibling to account for the whole Dragon shouting bloodline thing, and kick the overall setting down a notch or two and have sweet cold hearted revenge on every and all baddies that ever gave your late brother/sister any trouble. Using your previous knowledge make a powerhouse that not even the greatest dragon could best and laugh in a pool of blood when you've tasted the sweet revenge!
Well then have sweet revenge with a saved game but make sure you really make them pay. at least animate them into a zombie and then kill them again.I agree with the revenge part, but I don't think its necessary to create a sibling AND lower the difficulty. who killed you btw, I may need to represent on my console! Power to the players!Well then have sweet revenge with a saved game but make sure you really make them pay. at least animate them into a zombie and then kill them again.
Yep. I'll probably slaughter them all once I gain experience and level up. I don't envy their position.Bwahaha looks like you like to take on the big boys!! It's gonna be a ^%$ for you to try and take revenge on them
Good luck!!
Yes I have. Many times actually. I went around exploring while doing quest and have stumbled into some stuff waaaayyy above my level. I'm usually a runner but for some reason lately I just keep pushing to kill anything that stands in my way.Whiterun Guards. I should have paid the bounty. Also, the bandit chief on that bridge to windhelm, although it was indirectly his fault. BTW, have you died in Skyrim?
Haha thanks. I guess most of your deaths were COMPLETELY avoidable much like mine?Yes I have. Many times actually. Don't worry I will pay the Whiterun Guards a visit and the bandit chief will pay.
Oh yeah, but always remember all deaths in the game are avoidable if you stay at an inn and chop wood for a living... But that's not too fun a game.Haha thanks. I guess most of your deaths were COMPLETELY avoidable much like mine?
Agreed, although there is always the danger of chopping your hand off and bleeding out.Oh yeah, but always remember all deaths in the game are avoidable if you stay at an inn and chop wood for a living... But that's not too fun a game.
Not often, randomly. And stupidly if I may add.if you tend to die often i'd say set it so you autosave more frequently
Thanks for the cheering wordsSo I was running around exploring stuff and found this camp full of forsworn and I killed the brainheart (leader in the camp) and when I looted him i found that he had the Red eagle sword on him...I would say thats some damn good luck
I then went to the tomb of the owner of the red eagle and had to kill him...That wasn't very easy!!!
Went I gave him the final blow, I had about 5%-10% life left...*PHEW**
