Do you recommend a stealthy build that doesn't use any guns?

I'm thinking of making a stealthy character based off ninjas as portrayed in modern media. That means I don't want to be using any guns.

Well, considering that previous FO titles rewarded you for using melee weapons in a stealthy way, yes. I would recommend it. It's a hell of a lot easier now, too, because of how much better the melee weapons work in FO4.

Especially if you plan on getting your agility high enough to unlock "Blitz".

Lets say Blits, Critical Banker, Max Ninja, Disciplines Knifes OP Just kill room full of enemies...
