on xbox smithing maxes out at 100 you must have the pc version

Your default Smithing maxes out at 100. By wearing Fortify Smithing apparel it goes up. It doesn't display, but, for example if you are wearing 4 Fortify Smithing 25% pieces your effective Smithing skill is 200.

How do you think you got your damage up so high on the weapons you made?

ahh yeah i have apparel smithing at 28% yup my max damange with the right gear is near 500
