Driftshade Refuge

Driftshade Refuge is a Location you will go to during the companions quest. But I was wondering if I go there without getting to that quest yet, but I am already a werewolf, will the werewolf in the basement attack me, or will it be friendly?

Its hostile. Everything that is in a cage usually attacks you unless it says otherwise!

I made that mistake with that same werewolf. I thought, "how dare they imprison my brother/sister!" *Open cage and BAM* We fight. In short, assume everyone is an enemy unless identified as friend or neutral.

total wtf moment when he attacked me, btw love the Song of Fire and Ice reference

The HBO series is a great adaptation, I'm super excited for the next season. IMO they cast Tyrion perfectly (Peter Dinklage); if they had screwed that up it would not have been nearly as good.

if you change to a werewolf as soon as you release it he wont attack you. but hell still attack your follower. if you have one.

Its funny you brought him up. He is my favorite character. My dragonborn is actually named Tyrion. lol

hey i just noticed a room on the driftshade cellar map that is out of the way of the main corridors but is colored as if it is populated with things... it appears to be a secret room but I have not found a way into it wondering if anyone knows what it's about, the little room is to the right of the bosses room

Have you activated the Purity of Revenge quest from the Companions ?
It may be related to that
