I didn't say it was slow or hard I just stated that this was basically same as stealing/pickpocketing

Actually it's only easier if you have the Fence Perk on the Speech Tree or have a Fence somewhere that will buy the stolen gear off you. Accessing the Whiterun Chest or the Dawnstar Chest are faster ways to make money.
