After you kill Paarthurnax Esbern gives you a potion that says that when you drink it it grants you the dragon infusion perk. What does it do? Im not sure if to drink it sell it or drop t.

It's supposed to reduce damage from Dragon attacks by 25%, however it's bugged and doesn't work at all (true for 360, PC, and PS3)

hasn't this bug been fixed yet?? I downloaded a fix a week or two ago, and haven't noticed FA difference, except for ripples in the water when it rains.

No, this hasn't been addressed in any of the patches. Not too many people seem to complain, and to be honest it really doesn't bother me all that much either.
