Floating body in Greenwall Cave

Well... Another of those cool stories for you to RP, at Fort Greenwall, in a closed off well that leads to a cave, there's a floating Imperial soldier suspended in the water. Below him is a bunch of Nord mead.

Anybody want to help me make up what happened here?
