When you tell Serana to go cure her vampirism and she tells you that she will go home after that, she actually means that she will go to Fort Dawnguard. Now you don't have to worry where your poor Serana went.

She will not marry you even if she has been cured of vampirism.
Here's the steps to make her consider to cure her vampirism.

I always send her away to cure herself. By the end of that questline she has pretty much plops me to tears and I want nothing more to do with her. One time I got her back and she refused to carry anything for me... I let her go.

I like her a lot, except her complaining, but once she was cured of vampirism I found that I liked her less for some reason.
