Has anyone ever seen anything liek this before

I dont remember where I was but I was just exploring around the map and I see this figure in the air. I get closer and its a ghost but its a witch on a broom. Not like the witches in this game but like the witch in the zelda ocarina of time. Then when I get close enough it flys away. My buddy told me hes seen a headless horseman ghost. Has anyone else ever seen stuff like this?
 
I've seen the Headless Horseman- it was at night, and it looked like he was running towards Markarth, but I couldn't catch him to see if I could kill him.

Don't believe you can kill him, I've read you can follow him to a bridge (don't know the location) where he literally disappears
 
There is a headless horsemen. You can't hurt him. He actually goes to a cemetery.
 
The witch was way above the road and when i got close she flew away. then i ran after her and she flew off farther and disappeared.
 
Never heard of the Witch, but the headless horseman takes you to Hamvirs rest if you follow him. I followed him halfway across Skyrim

If you follow him he will lead you to Hamvir's Rest (west of Whiterun I think?)
 
At one point I was wandering around out in the wilderness and encountered a strange skeleton wearing a cloak... it wasn't hostile, and I couldn't interact with it in any way, it just seemed to be hanging out. If it was quest related, I have yet to figure out how or why. Anyone have any information on it?
 
Well Ive seen the horsemen and since I am fast enough i was able to sprint and catch him riding on his horse. I was at dragonbridge and had to run anyway because they were mad about me killing the pentius oculus agents. I found it funny that i was able to catch him on foot though and keep up with him with ease.
 
The horseman shows up at various times throughout the game at various places. If you follow him he'll eventually take you to hamvir's Rest north west of whiterun, right behind Dustman's Cairn. I've never tracked him from Dragon Bridge, but did from near fort sungard. I even stumbled upon him on one of his daytime visits, that's how I got the avatar :D

As for the witch, never seen it, gonna have to look up more :D

haven't seen any ufo's but that would be kind of cool, where was it in game, roughly, might have to look for it... same with the Nova/ shooting star?
 
I've seen the Headless Horsemen once, tried to follow him but I couldn't keep up. I remember just thinking "What the hell...." when I saw him, I was lost for words. The witch sounds sweet, I'll have to keep my eye out for it now.
 
I finally saw the horsemen but he glitched and didn't do anything.
 
he doesn't really do anything except to lead you to hamvir's rest. There's rumor and speculation that if you are etheral either by potion or the shout that he might say something to you. otherwise he's got a few sayings that he mutters.
