PC Hearthfire Furniture Wont Appear

Ok... just right off the bat i want to make it clear I love this DLC it seems almost unreal to me how amazing this concept is... Somthing i thought they would never make for any game like skyrim! as grand as skyrim!

however... The game feels like i was sold a unfinished product.
I was having problems with this for a while now but I Decided to explore it a little deeper, I went as far as to uninstall everything fresh game i re-downloaded skyrim and I ran it vanilla with only the hearthfire unofficial patch, and it did not make one ounce of deference, I built the beds upstairs and the dining table! then I saw the table and my heart skipped thinking it finally worked! and I ran upstairs like a kid on Christmas to see my new beds but... they didnt appear and its like this all the time.
only half the things i craft appear in my house and its driving me crazy...

I've had a similar issue. Nothing would show up. I tried waiting 24 hours over and over again and still nothing. In aggravation I left and went and did some quests and such. Came back a good deal of time later and it was like walking into an episode of mtv cribs. Bamn! It was all there. I dunno?
