I know OP already decided, but I just had to say I wish Narri from Falkreath was able to be married. Somethin' about that Tavern dress... Plus, all she does is compliment you. Literally every time you see her. Who doesn't enjoy an ego boost?

I think Senna in the Temple of Dibella is beautiful, but even when you marry her she will not leave the temple.
Jenessa, Njada Stone-Arm, and Sylgja (if you don't mind her miner's clothing) are also really gorgeous.

If you are looking for someone to be the man in your lesbian relationship, then Aela is a great choice. She will make it hurt so good. If you are the butch one and looking for a dainty, cute little thing, Muiri is the best choice. I'm thinking about this too much now!

Me, I would personally choose Aela. My character, as a male Nord and a werewolf, would stay with her til the end. Though I also once chose to cure myself and eventually(after some console tweaking) married Jarl Elisif the Fair. Heck, I technically get to be High King by marriage! Who wouldn't want to play as a Stormcloak, then diss Ulfric at the last minute by taking the spot he wanted?
