Xbox 360 How to load old versions/patches?

All right, I was trying to mess around with the Fortify Restoration potion glitch, but it has been patched. I read that I should clear my system's cache, which didn't seem to do anything. So I went to my Skyrim save on the hd, and deleted the patch data, the game data utility or w/e.

But now I can't even load the save file I want to, because I'm getting an error reading that the save is on a later patch version and that I need to re-update if I want to play it.

Is there any way to accomplish what I'm trying to do on console?

There's nothing you can do, because when that game was saved under the updated data, it changed the way several things operate in the game. The loading error is a safeguard.

All you can do, if you want to use the exploit, is start a new game (on a different save device) and never get the updates, which will cause you more headaches because nothing will be patched.

Yes the only way that you can go back and use all of the old exploits is to remove the updates from your saves in whatever HD your using. You CAN use the same HD that your current saves are on. I have done it. Then you will still have to start over with a fresh character. And as soon as your done using whatever exploits you want you can allow the the updates to download and continue to play any save that you had before and after. This works on Xbox as of 4 days ago.
