I can not seem to find anyone that will purchase my enchanted items. and i have not been able to find any forums addressing the issue, if anybody knows what to do your advice is would be greatly appreciated!

I sell all my items, enchanted or not, in Whiterun. Some merchants will not buy certain items, depending on what it is. A blacksmith would buy a sword from me, but not a potion. A general goods merchant would not buy the sword, but would take the potion. If the item is stolen, then you won't be able to sell it to just any merchant without the proper perks.

As nordic said, it may be who you are selling it to, and whether or not the base item is stolen. You might want to get the perk in speechcraft that allows you to sell anything to anybody.
