I want to thank of of you guys for the feedback....to be completely honest this is my first elder scrolls game I've played let alone any title from Bethesda and for the brief time playing oblivion I didn't get into it as much to noticed any issues.

Hang in there, Ill Wil. I know it sucks, and alot of times the glitches one single individual (like yourself) experiences will have literally no explanation and no consistent examples based on other peoples' gameplay, but that doesn't mean the entire game is irredeemable. Often Bethesda games interact differently with consoles and computers in an arbitrary manner, based primarily on the unique specifications and situations that device has. There's no easy way to anticipate what bugs might occur, which is why it takes a while for the software company to identify and counteract the errors. Skyrim is arguably the most visually and interactively complex game of the "TES" series, and unfortunately that means that Bethesda (who isn't exactly known for testing and quality assurance) doesn't necessarily know all its limitations.

Anyway, I think the suggestion to let the game sit for a while and then return to it is spot-on. Go play something that you know won't frustrate you, and let the resentment for Skyrim be forgotten!

I play on ps3 and it'll get a skippy frame rate once my save file is above 8000whatever-bytes. Letting the consoles engine cool down a bit solved it for me though. I'd hate to say it, but a viable option might be to..........DELETE SKYRIM AND REINSTALL IT, LOSING HOURS OF GAMEPLAY
Tis' up to you to decide if it's worth it

It is only buggy for me here and there, but other than that the server runs perfect. Honestly, stick with the game. See what you can find out online, or just wait until a update, patch, or new DLC arrives.

Your not the only one my friend, Thats why i save frequently and have all 3 auto saves in use so im never to far back. Who knows sometimes it can work in your favor and you can find better random loot then last time, or worse :p Possibly if your on xbox you might need to clear your cache. My fable bugged out horribly and that fixed it.

the worst bugged glitched game I ever played.

ah~ this title is Dead Island, that game had so many glitches and the worts ones for example your save data would get rolled back, how exciting that little surprised roll back was and well.. so i been immune to this bugs :)

Damn.....ok I see what yall are saying...Forgive me for flipping out. I hope some really good updates come soon b4 Elder Scrolls 6 come out tho....(that's about what, 5yrs from now) LOL
