Does mage armor stack with agile defender in the light armor skill tree?

Say I use ebony flesh. With 3 perks I get a 300 armor rating. If I also put perks into light armor, will it increase the armor given by ebony flesh?

You don't get the x3 bonus if you wear light or heavy armor, no.

An ebony flesh spell will only give you an extra 100 defense if you wear any light or heavy armor.
