*Work in Progress* As there continues to be variable problems with the game, the list will be updated accordingly.

General Issue: If you cannot start a quest it may be because one of the NPCs involved in the quest is dead. Check the Hall of Dead to see if the NPC involved is dead or not.

I have no clue about how to fix this, but theres a quest loop(xbox). If youre doing the peace treaty and youre in the process of doing a join quest with the legion/stormcloaks, you cant talk to ulfric until you talk to galmar and galmar has no dialogue options. So basically you have no way of progressing the main story.
 
Hmm, I think it's a bug. I know a couple of people have had this issue. Apparently you might have a civil war quest active. See if you can't follow the quest line through this link.
 
see. i know exactly how to do the quests. its just the quests are basically locked. i cant talk to ulfric about the treaty but im also in the process of joining the stomrcloaks and everytime i talk to ulfric he says. go to talk galmar, galmar basically says ive already spoken to ulfric about it. which i havent and i can complete the quest for galmar because galmar keeps sending me away. and if i cant do the quest for galmar then i cant do the quest for ulfric.
 
Got an issue with Rikke not dying during the "Battle for Solitude" quest and found no solutions so far, even using commands and too many glitches from prompting the quest to be finished. Would appreciate any suggestions to fix this bug. (PC)
 
The Blood on the Ice glitch issues should be added to this list, as numerous users are experiencing the same glitch.
 
Question 1/. - What bug exists for Goldenglow Estate ? I've done that quest several times on different characters without any issues on Xbox 360.

Question 2/. - Stuck Levelling Up Blacksmithing ? Never had a problem with the blacksmithing. I have 2 characters that have reached 100 in Smithing.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not disputing the bugs or issues, I'm just curious...
 
I finished the Break of Dawn quest and when Meridia finally lets me go I keep falling to my death. I reload my game and try again, same thing. I've actually done it about 20 times now. Anyone know how to stop this from happening? It's really starting to upset me.

bought this game a few days ago cos all i here is this game is amazing etc but i have a problem i have it on ps3 and my game keeps crashing/freezing or will reset completely anyone know how to fix this none of my other games i recently bought do it
 
For some reason the bounty missions in Dawnstar is bugged. When I complete the bounty I don't get paid for it because there is no option for asking about payment.
 
I was tasked by the Companians to resuce 'Hemiskr' from Stillborn Cave and when I left Jorvaskr, he was stood preaching in his usual place :eek: ?

After different variations and attempts at trying to make him leave and appear in Stillborn, still he persisted he would continue to preach!! I eventually caught him out when he was in the middle of his preaching and he said "Thankyou Brother, I will follow" or something. He didn't follow nor move. The marker did move and I was to meet him in Whiterun. I waited at the marker, enter buildings and what not but to no success! After a while I left Whiterun to do different things, I came back and I was to go to talk to Vilkas and the quest was complete. No idea if this has happened to anyone else.

The quest is called The Rescue & its a series of quests Vilkas gives you.
 
For the Bards College, I found all three instruments before I joined, while locating the Stones of Barenziah, and now I can't turn in Pantea's flute to her. The other two worked just fine, her's is the only one that won't work.
