PC my first Dwemer machine Ruins experience.

I just got into my first machine ruins. I gotta say I really like how unique every different dungeon is.

Some are dark, cold, wet, slimy, and rocky, and others are bright, clean, and very machine like.

It gives great relief between the different atmospheres. Its almost like playing a completely different game.

Just figure I would add in a nice shot I took of me attacking a sphere.

I am a lvl 36 wood elf.

I have avoided dwemer ruins at all costs, I'm the assassin build and do not fancy trying to take down a centurion.

I like to set off the centurions without killing all the Falmer first. I just watch them go at it (Falmer always gank it and win) then I sneak in and mop up the dregs.

That's helpful, but are the centurions always deactivated with falmer lurking about? The last thing I want is to go into a ruin, thinking that I'm safe from one, only to have it destroy me. That would definitely put a damper on my day. And what is a shadow of Elsweyr?

Mine was the Alftand Glacial Ruins in the main questline. If that's the one you're doing... well, just wait until you get to Blackreach.

Honestly, I take out centurions better from a sneak assassin than I do from a melee build. Well except my current one with an orc two handed monster. You just snipe at them with your bow from the shadows until they are dead.
