PC My PC has!

My PC has 16gb of RAM.
800gb of HDD.
Nvidia gt 630 with 2gb.

Is that good enough.

I started to play skyrim on this PC yesterday and just fail once so far because of new effect I see in the game made the video card graphic to break.

I think I need a better video card.

You didn't post your CPU but the GT 630 is very low in the 600 series. If you want to play at very high settings you would be better off with a GTX. Otherwise try lowering some of your settings from Ultra to High and from High to Medium.

Post your CPU please and we will be able to help you much more..

Your Graphics card is a bit old you should defiantly upgrade they have some great deals on newegg for graphics cards this week.

Also def do what Dagmar suggested lower your settings from what you have it at now to the one under that then see how gameplay is if its still plopsty then repeat step till you can not go no more or get better gameplay.
