New to Skyrim - looking for must have mods

Hey guys,

I'm pretty new to Skyrim and as mentioned above I'm looking for some "must have mods".
Do you guys have any recommendations for me?

Unofficial Patches, and depending what you are after, there are a few options. You can get a few minor overhaul mods for the different guilds, magic, combat, or major ones that completely alter all the gameplay. And there one called Cutting Room Floor which restores unused and removed content.
