PC Ondolemar, I hate you.

During one of my adventures, Ondolemar (The Altmer bastard that paces around in front of the jarl of Markarth) has started to attack me unprovoked, and it's actually making it impossible to reach the jarl himself.
It would be rather kind if you would share your information if anyone knows any way to fix this, or perhaps has experienced this.
And before you tell me to reload an earlier save, no, I will not.

i would try to lead him far away form there, then kill him..........
